✧ Appointments & Cancellations
✧ To secure your spot, a valid credit or debit card is required at booking. No charges occur at booking time unless cancellation policies are not honored.
✧ Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 40% of the scheduled service.
✧ Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions or suspension of booking privileges.
✧ Late Arrivals
✧ Please arrive on time to enjoy the full service experience.
✧ Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in shortened treatments or rescheduling, depending on availability.
✧ Service Results & Expectations
✧ Every treatment is personalized and results may vary depending on individual factors.
✧ We strive for excellence but do not guarantee specific results. Open communication ensures the best experience.
✧ Payment
✧ All services are due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
