This New Client Guide is designed to help first-time clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident before booking or arriving for their appointment. Whether you are new to professional esthetic services or visiting us for the first time, our goal is to provide a thoughtful, educational, and results-driven experience in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

Before Your Appointment: How to Prepare
Preparing properly for your service is essential for safety, comfort, and optimal results. Please review the guidelines below based on the service you are receiving.
Lash Lifts & Eyelash Extensions — Pre-Appointment Care
To ensure proper processing, adhesion, and long-lasting results, please arrive with completely clean, makeup-free lashes and eyelids.
This includes:

No mascara, eyeliner, lash glue residue, oils, or eye creams
-
No skincare products around the eye area
Lashes with leftover makeup or buildup may not process correctly or hold extensions properly, which can result in poor retention, uneven results, or early shedding.
Additional preparation guidelines:

Avoid waterproof mascara for at least 48 hours prior to your appointment

Do not use lash curlers for at least 24 hours before your service

Avoid caffeine before your appointment to help reduce eye movement

Remove contact lenses prior to your appointment to prevent dryness or irritation, as your eyes will remain closed for an extended period
-
Discontinue use of certain lash serums or growth products if advised during your consultation
Clean, healthy lashes allow for even processing, proper adhesion, improved retention, and the best possible results.
Brazilian Waxing & Sugaring — Pre-Appointment Care
Proper preparation helps minimize irritation and improve hair removal results.

Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice)

If hair is too short, the service may need to be rescheduled

Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment

Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or exfoliating the day of your service

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to reduce friction after your appointment

Avoid caffeine if you are sensitive, as it may increase skin sensitivity
Brazilian waxing and sugaring are performed in a private, professional, and judgment-free environment. All body types and sizes are welcome. Your comfort, dignity, and safety are always prioritized.

Avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinol, exfoliating acids, or benzoyl peroxide for 3–5 days prior (unless instructed otherwise)

Arrive with minimal makeup if possible

We proudly welcome new clients with introductory services designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and informed during your first visit.
First-Time Brazilian Wax — $33
Available for first-time Brazilian wax clients only. A consultation is included to determine the most appropriate hair removal method for your skin and hair type.
Lash Lift — $40
A new-client lash lift designed to enhance your natural lashes with a soft, lifted curl.
Lash Lift & Tint — $45
Ideal for first-time lash clients seeking added definition and depth with long-lasting results.
Additional new-client offerings may be available at booking.
Booking, Policies & Communication
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review the following:

Appointments are required

No deposit is required, however a card on file is required to secure your appointment

Your card will not be charged unless there is a no-show, late cancellation, or cancellation without proper notice

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules
-
Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling
All policies are in place to respect your time, other clients, and the integrity of each service.
