✧ Services

  ✧ All service sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on services once they have been rendered.

  ✧ If you experience any concerns during or after your treatment, please contact us promptly so we can address them with care and professionalism.

✧ Products

  ✧ All product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened products for safety and hygiene reasons.

  ✧ If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assist you.

✧ Cancellations & No-Shows

  ✧ Late cancellations or no-shows incur a fee of 40% of the scheduled service. This fee is charged to the card on file and is non-refundable.

  ✧ Please communicate any scheduling changes at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
