Every visit to Uncommon Esthetics is designed with care, blending refinement and comfort to bring out your natural radiance. Your time is valued, your experience is honored, and these guidelines ensure that every appointment flows smoothly and respectfully.
✦ Card on File
A valid debit or credit card is required to secure your appointment.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking — it simply holds your reservation.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a 40% fee will be applied to honor the time reserved exclusively for you.
✦ Cancellations
We kindly ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance, allowing time to be thoughtfully opened for another guest.
Late cancellations and no-call/no-shows will incur a 40% charge of the scheduled service.
Repeated instances may limit your ability to book future appointments.
✦ Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to respect the following guest’s time.
Arriving on time ensures you receive the complete care and attention your appointment deserves.
